These terms apply to the CameoDB Cloud website at cloud.cameodb.ai and its waitlist. The service itself is not open yet; when it opens, you will be shown its terms before you create an account.

The waitlist
- Joining is free and creates no obligation for you or for us.
- A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access, a date, or particular features or prices.
- Join only with your own email address, and only once. Automated or bulk submissions are not allowed.
- You can leave at any time with the link in any of our emails.
What the website describes
The website describes a service that is still being built. Features, indexes and examples, including the terminal session, are illustrative and may change before launch. Figures about indexes are approximate.
Data and content
The website's text, design and the CameoDB name and marks belong to us. Content shown from public sources, such as Narodne novine, the official gazette of the Republic of Croatia, remains subject to its source's terms; we credit the source where we show it.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its descriptions or examples. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
